This policy explains how Rạn Biển Seafood Restaurant (“Rạn Biển”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects customers’ personal data when you use the haisanranbien.vn website, book a table or contact us. It follows Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP. If this English version and the Vietnamese version differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

- Personal data we collect 2.1. When you book a table on the website Full name, phone number, email address; Restaurant, date and time, number of guests, dining space (garden or VIP room) and any note you enter; Your choice about receiving offers on Zalo, with the time and the wording you agreed to. Please do not enter sensitive information (health, religion, finances…) in the note field. If you tell us about a food allergy, we use it only to prepare your meal.
2.2. When you call us or message us on Zalo or Facebook Your name, phone number, Zalo/Facebook account and the messages needed to advise you, confirm your booking and handle your request.
2.3. When you visit the website (cookies) Necessary cookies: keep the website working and remember your cookie choice (the rb_cookie_consent cookie, kept for 180 days). No consent is needed. Measurement and advertising cookies from Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook Pixel), managed through Google Tag Manager: used only after you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. They record the pages you view, your device, browser and approximate location from your IP address, so we can understand how the website is used and show relevant ads. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Who can access your data Rạn Biển’s booking, customer care and branch management staff — only as their work requires; Service providers who process data on our instructions under confidentiality commitments: the website hosting provider, the email service that sends booking notifications, and Zalo Official Account (VNG Corporation) when sending offers to people who agreed; Google and Meta, for measurement and advertising cookies once you have agreed. This data may be processed on their servers outside Vietnam under their own policies; Competent state authorities when required by law.
How long we keep data Booking details: [24 months — to be confirmed] from the booking date, for customer care and complaints, then deleted or de-identified; Data used to send Zalo offers: until you withdraw your consent; Your cookie choice: 180 days; Google and Meta cookies: as set by each provider; Longer where the law requires it.
Your rights Under Article 4 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
Be informed about the processing of your personal data; Consent, refuse, or withdraw consent (for example, stop Zalo offers or change your cookie choice); View, correct or ask us to correct your data; Ask us to provide, delete or restrict processing of your data, or object to its processing; Complain, denounce, sue and claim damages as provided by law. 7. How to exercise your rights and response times Stop Zalo offers: send “HỦY” to the Hải Sản Rạn Biển Zalo Official Account, block messages from that account, or contact us below; Change your cookie choice: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website; Other requests: email pkd.ranbien@gmail.com or call 0827 946 222 with your name, the phone number you used and your request. We may ask you to verify that the data is yours before acting. We reply within 2 working days and act within the periods set by Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP: viewing or correcting data within 10 days; withdrawing consent, restricting or objecting to processing within 15 days; deleting data within 20 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
How we protect data Booking data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only staff who need it can access it; We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures and review compliance with this policy regularly; If we discover an incident that may harm personal data, we notify the personal data protection authority within 72 hours under Article 23 of the Law and inform the customers affected.

Changes to this policy We may update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The new version is published on this page with its date. For changes to purposes that need consent, we will ask you again.
